I am an aspiring entertainer going through a bit of a quarter life crisis. I entertain both from on stage and back stage (well technically front of house is where the tech booth is, but it sounds better the other way). I delight in the eccentric, quirky, and down right weird. It is so easy to find passion in this life and I just cannot seem to decide which to follow. With a background in theater and dance, I strive for diversity and perfection. My outlook on life is easy, anything worth doing is worth doing right. Now I am not a perfectionist but if you care about something, if you're putting your name and your reputation to it, why in the world would you settle for good enough.
The purpose of this blog is just as simple, to entertain, whether through provoking deep thought and discussion or mindless laughter. The name I'm not sure where it came from but seems to fit. A good pair of traveling shoes cannot be beat. After so many miles, they become a necessity. They become a companion, a good luck charm. I do travel quite a bit and I hope to inspire others to do the same. There is so much world out their to explore, off the beaten path. Off the map.
